WHAT IS ACES?
We are team of passionate shisha aficionados looking to bring you the best shisha has to offer. We are always looking to bring new and interesting ideas to the shisha scene in Hong Kong and strive to provide the best quality shisha you have tasted.
What services do you provide?
We cover everything from bars & restaurants to home delivery to events to retail! If you want a shisha, we’ll get it to you! We are constantly evolving and expanding our services to cater to all your needs whether it be at your favourite rooftop bar or in the comforts of your own home.

I have never tried shisha before, where do I start?
If you’re reading this then you are on the right path! Start off with a mild flavour such as Grape or Apple to get a feel for it and take it from there. You can also let our staff know if it’s your first time and they will make sure that your shisha is made accordingly.
What is special about Your pipes?
Quality. We use high quality materials that provide the smoothest shisha experience. Our pipes are also cleaned and maintained regularly so you get the purest taste of the flavour you have ordered.
HOW MANY FLAVOURS DO YOU HAVE?
We stock over 90 flavours! Everyone has different tastes so we want to serve all your needs, whether it be creamy, fruity, citric, sweet, sour, light or strong. To add to that, our team is always working to develop new mixes to keep your taste buds guessing.
WHICH CHARCOAL DO YOU USE?
We ONLY use organic coconut charcoals made of natural ingredients. It has a low ash content and helps produce a better and cleaner tasting shisha with bigger clouds and maximum flavor output.
WHAT MIXES DO YOU SUGGEST?
That’s a tough one! We have numerous mixes that vary at all our different venues. If you’re unsure then you can always ask our shisha sommeliers for suggestions and they are sure to mix up something suitable for you! If you have any favorite mixes then do share with us via our social media platforms.
I’M having a party, Can YOU deliver?
Yes we can! We are happy to cater to all sorts of events and are very flexible in customizing our packages to cater your needs. Please have a look at the Events Hire page for more information. Bookings have to be made at least 3 days in advance.
I'M HAVING AN EVENT OUTSIDE HONG KONG, CAN YOU CATER?
Yes we can cater to international events and we have in the past. Get in Touch with us for more information and a quote.

Yes you can! Our home delivery service has grown in popularity over the last year and is highly appreciated by all our customers.
